The Knit 1, Bike 1 is an Exhibition created by Janet Renouf-Miller, who not only cycled 800 miles around Scotland, but knitted the sights she saw along the way too. Janet set off on the ten week cycling trip around Scotland in Summer 2016. She delivered 21 mini workshops along the way, visited fellow textile artists, camped and fell in love with Scotland's beauty. Our basketball sessions delivered and led by Vibrant Communities staff.  They offer an excellent opportunity for children and young people to develop the basic basketball skills (e.g. chest pass, dribbling, shooting). Participants have the opportunity to enhance such skills as the weeks progress and can help to develop physical literacy skills (throwing and catching, balance, movement etc) in children and young people.
