An Annual indoor Acoustic Music Festival organised by Sweet Afton Water (SAW) Acoustic Music in July.
This year is the 18th anniversary of the Darvel Music Festival and since 2002 well over three hundred acts have entertained thousands of music fans at the town hall.
Visitors come from all over Scotland, the UK and beyond to enjoy the Darvel ‘Experience’ and the organisers expect a surge of interest for the four concerts they have scheduled for November 2019 and March 2020.

The K-Fest is an annual outdoor Music Festival which is held in the Town of Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, Scotland.
Now in its third year since inception, the Festival continues to grow from strength to strength – featuring a mix of local artists and talented entertainers from all over the United Kingdom.
This year’s event will be held at The Strand on Saturday 27 July from 4pm to 10pm, and will feature Headliners – Elephant Sessions, Supported by Anchor Lane, Twin Heart, Anna Sweeney, Kendama, Stara Zagora Music and Lori Smith.
‘Taster Music Sessions’ are being held in the Town Centre every Saturday in the lead-up to the event, with young buskers performing for the general public.
The Official Opening will be held on Friday evening, 26 July at 7.30pm at the New Laigh Kirk Church, with a free showcase entitled ‘Anthems from Broadway and Beyond’ staged by the Loudoun Musical Society.
The K-Fest event itself offers a fantastic line-up of musicians for the evening’s performance. The venue will be fully-licensed and street food will be available for purchase.
Family-friendly entertainment will available throughout the town during the day.

Kilmarnock Concert Brass annual Summer Concert with guest performers from Take a Bow musical theatre group held in Take a Bow Opportunity Centre, (previously New Farm Community Centre), Fraser Walk, Kilmarnock KA3 7PH.
A varied programme of music from traditional brass band marches to current musicals and theme tunes performed by Kilmarnock Concert Brass.

This year’s Holy Fair has action in every corner of the town. We have a full line up of music and poetry in the Church, talented local musicians on all day on our Newcomer’s Stage – sponsored by Digital Kitchens Factory Outlet, and a great line up of dance and music on the Main Stage! We also have over 50 stalls with local craft, food, drinks and delicacies from across Ayrshire and beyond. The kids will not be bored either with a full funfair, ‘Children’s Area’ (also sponsored by Digital Kitchens) with an art competition, children’s entertainer, face painting and music!
This year our main stage will play host to the likes of singer-songwriters Matthew Gibb and Davie Anderson, dancers from Sophie Oliver School of Dance and DCB Dance Co. We will also be entertained with music from the Auchinleck and Cumnock School Concert Bands with their conductor – tuba player Craig Anderson. The afternoon will build up to our headline act The Well Happy Band and music from Ebb and Flow! The Newcomers’ Stage will show off many local musicians and young singers from across Ayrshire including Emi V, Cameron J Smith, Rebecca Cameron, Catching Fireflies and more!
