Ayrshire Bipolar Group

Ayrshire Bipolar Group will hold its first ever meeting on Tuesday, 3 October 2017 (7-9pm).

This is a group for people who live with Bipolar Disorder (and their friends, family, carers) and the Group will meet regularly on the first Tuesday of every month thereafter in the same venue.

This event is free, you don’t need a referral or appointment to attend and you don’t even have to be a Bipolar Scotland member – just come along if you want to meet other people who live with bipolar and share ideas and insights on how to improve your quality of life.

The group is a great place to meet new people and talk about bipolar-related issues that may be concerning you. The group will have regular guest speakers (on topics suggested by group members) and is equally open to friends, family and carers – anyone who lives with bipolar.

If you have any queries about the Group or the meeting, please contact Graeme at Bipolar Scotland on 0141 560 2050. Hope you can make it!
