This is a group for people who live with Bipolar Disorder (and their friends, family, carers) and the Group will meet regularly on the first Tuesday of every month thereafter in the same venue.

This event is free, you don’t need a referral or appointment to attend and you don’t even have to be a Bipolar Scotland member – just come along if you want to meet other people who live with bipolar and share ideas and insights on how to improve your quality of life.
