YogaBellies for Pregnancy

YogaBellies offer beautiful classes for women during the prenatal period. We use proven holistic therapies, practices and yogic techniques to guide you through the amazing journey that is pregnancy and birth.
Our prenatal sessions incorporate traditional yoga asanas (postures); self-hypnosis and deep relaxation; soothing comfort techniques for birthing as well as lots of chat and laughs! Come along to meet other mothers and take some time for you!
Classes run in blocks of 8 weeks and can be joined any week.
