Yoga can help improve your physical health, build strength and endurance, improve flexibility, and help you to relax and clear your mind.
Yoga is suitable for men and women of all ability levels, but if you have any health issues or indeed any questions, please contact John Strachan on 01563 576311 prior to coming to class to discuss.
Loose, comfortable clothing should be worn to allow ease of movement.
Yoga is practised in bare feet. Please bring your own yoga/exercise mat with you and a blanket to keep you comfortable during the final relaxation. You are welcome to bring any props (blocks, straps) with you required for practice.
