An event every week that begins at 5:15pm on Sunday and Monday, repeating until 5th June 2017
Walking is simple, free and one of the easiest ways to get more active, lose weight and become healthier.
This walk starts at the carpark next to the bowling club, Kay Park.
Level 1: is designed for people with specific medical conditions, which may restrict their ability to exercise, or for those who have not exercised for a long time. The walks involve small inclines and good surfaced paths. These walks will last around half an hour.
Level 2: is of moderate intensity with a slightly faster pace than a level 1 walk. The walks will have some inclines, though the surfaces are the same as level 1 walks. These walks will be around 45 minutes long.
